UFC 332 Set for Salt Lake City with Silva and Wang Headlining

The UFC returns to Salt Lake City this Saturday for UFC 332, featuring a showdown between Natalia Silva and Wang Cong for the vacant women's flyweight title.

Title Fight Background

Silva (20-5-1) holds the top spot in the women’s flyweight rankings and carries a 14-fight winning streak into her first UFC title bout. Since joining the UFC in 2022, the 29-year-old Brazilian has gone undefeated at 8-0, including wins over former champions Jessica Andrade, Alexa Grasso, and Rose Namajunas.

On the other side, Wang Cong (10-1) ranks among the top 10 contenders and is riding a four-fight win streak after her only professional loss to Gabriella Fernandes in 2024. Wang also has a notable win against ex-champion Valentina Shevchenko from their 2015 kickboxing match.

The women's flyweight belt became available after Shevchenko vacated it due to injury, setting the stage for Silva and Wang to fight for the title.
