Santos FC has finalized a long-term agreement with Adidas to become their official kit supplier beginning with the 2028 season. This deal ends their current partnership with Umbro, which has provided the club's kits since 2018 and remains active through 2027.

New Chapter with Adidas

The Brazilian club will return to wearing the iconic three stripes as part of this collaboration, marking the third time Adidas will supply Santos’ uniforms. The German sportswear company confirmed the partnership on Thursday evening, emphasizing its intention to enhance the club’s commercial income and broaden its global retail presence.

Expanding Adidas’ Presence in Brazil’s Top League

This move strengthens Adidas' role in the Brasileirao, where it already outfits clubs such as Flamengo, Cruzeiro, and Internacional. The contract includes official matchday kits as well as lifestyle and training apparel, linking Santos with one of the sport’s most recognized brands.

Santos carries strong international appeal, partly due to the legacy of Pele and current stars like Neymar and Philippe Coutinho, who continue to attract worldwide attention.

Current Team Performance and Upcoming Matches

On the field, Santos is positioned eighth in the Serie A standings with 38 points from 27 games. The squad faces tough fixtures ahead, including an away match against Sao Paulo on October 2, followed by a home game against Flamengo six days later. Their next challenge comes with an away trip to Atletico Mineiro on October 11.
